Vintage items
All sales of vintage
items are final. Please take the time to carefully
read item descriptions. Vintage items are sold AS
IS. It is our intention to give an accurate
description of the item and to note any defect that
we may be aware of by our inspection. However, as
with all vintage items, we do not guarantee or make
warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy of
the information given. We do not guarantee the
authenticity of any signature. It is the sole
responsibility of the buyer to judge the value,
condition and authenticity of the items.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be
charged on all orders shipped to customers residing
in Minnesota.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, purchases
are
shipped from our warehouse in Minnesota. Regular
delivery on in-stock items is 7-10 days from receipt
of your order. If an
item is temporarily out of stock, you will be
appropriately notified.
Expedited delivery
can be arranged with our customer service at our
toll-free number
1-877-653-1776, and will require additional
shipping fees.
International
Shipments
We will ship
internationally upon request. International shipment
costs will be quoted at the time of the request.
Returns
Douglas John, Inc.
will accept returns on new, unopened item(s)
purchased from us within 10 days of delivery for a
full purchase price refund. Shipping is not
refundable. Please send all returns, with original
packaging and receipt to:
